LIMITED WARRANTY
Pressure Systems provides only a limited warranty. Our products are NOT warranted for any period of time or particular service.
Our warranty is given only to persons or companies dealing directly with us and only to persons or companies who have paid us for our goods. No warranty of any kind is given to later buyers, users, or others.
There are no implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, as it is intended that these products are to be used by skilled engineering and technical persons with the knowledge to properly specify and install our products.
WARNING: Parts are manufactured from steel and castings and are not guaranteed for soundness of material as the possibility always exists that a part may have defects which cannot be seen or detected by ordinary testing. If you or your customer intend to use Pressure System’s products in a manner that could be hazardous to human beings in the event of a steel or tolerance defect, YOU MUST notify us in advance so that we can assist in taking the necessary precautions. Our warranty expires if our products have been altered, improperly used, or applied.
We promise you that the goods we are selling you conform to the specifications that we have published, have been made of good quality material and have been carefully processed by us. Products are warranted for dimensional accuracy only. Catalog dimensions are for reference purposes only and are subject to change. If dimensions are critical, you must request a certified drawing.
In the event of a defect, you must give us written notice within thirty days of discovery of the defect, telling us exactly what is wrong. We will, unless the warranty has expired, repair or replace the defective item.
Liability under this limited warranty extends to repair or replacement of the defective part only. Part must be returned to us within 90 days of purchase with our prior written permission. THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART SHALL BE THE BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY, AND PRESSURE SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE UABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
